My Notes from Gary Young Conference 4/15-16/11

The following are the rest of my notes from the Detroit event; if some of the information is not clear, I apologize.  You have to have mastered speed writing in order to keep up with Gary!  He also had quite a few charts up on the screen so I tried to jot down as much as I could… here you are:

Gary Young:

Gary and Mary have been helping to proof the new EODR, Legacy, in conjunction with Life Science Publishing.

Ecuador Info:

Autism, bipolar, hormones, rheumatoid arthritis, depresssion, fibromyalgia – all similar.

1600 aromatic plants in Ecuador, 200 of which have been botanically identified.  Gary has found 42, including Ocotea and Ishpingo.

Ecuador has over 88 active volcanoes; volcanic ash remineralizes the soil which creates potent plants and oils.  Jasmine flowers are huge!  White Eucalyptus grows at 10,000 feet in Andres; Young Living is first to grow.

YL only company which grows and distills on 5 continents.

Each new plant that he discovers must be documented for all stats such as when and what time of year for each harvest delivers the most oil and molecules.  That means alot of testing with varying parameters.

~ Elimine – anti-inflammatory molecule
~ Alpha Pinene – works on pituitary
~ Alpha Terpineal Acetate – antibacterial
Ocotea – respiratory and tumors in lungs (grows east side of Andes); blood sugar regulator – contains above 3 molecules.
Ishpingo is the flower – cinnamaldehyde – specific to pancreas – lowers insulin needs.

Ruta – Undecanone 2 32.32%; nonanone 2 49.06 %; undecanol2 – 1.22% – all augment brain function; relieves depression, demylination of nerve in these disorders and degeneration of dendrites in brain.  Alpha Eudesmol only compound to stimulate regeneration of myelin sheath and dendrites.

2200 people employed in Ecuador; 7 contract growers in Ecuador.

Lippia Citridora (new oil) 89% rate against non-Hodgkins cancer.

Cypress out of Ecuador has 13 compounds; French Medical Encyclopedia has 3 major compounds they look for; AFNOR has 6.

Oregano in Ecuador has 23 compounds – excellent for Raindrop and scoliosis; no burning with these compounds; French has 3 compounds they check for.

The oils from Ecuador are more balanced and harmonic compounds.

Zaragosa, another new oil to be released at convention 2011 helps with stomach cancer and digestion:

With asthma there is lots of inflammation; helps with pain reduction.

Rosa Mortus – for skin care; cousin to marigold.

Vetiver – August 1st production in Ecuador.

The One Gift Film finished and released this year.

The largest privately owned distillary in the world world is our Young Living Utah farm.

For pain relief after surgery: valerian, vetiver, peppermint, helichrysum.

HK Lin research: pancreatic/bladder cancer paper with Gary.

1996 Gary made first trip to Oman to find the finest Frankincense; Took 15 years to develop relationships to get permits. We obtained first code to export Frankincense out of the country -never been done before.

Estee Lauder and Chanel like Fareanna Frankincense because of its sweet smell; Boswellia carteri and sacra have the most healing properties.

Ethiopia has Boswellia neglecta.

Balsam Fir is the Balm of Gilead in the Bible.

Gary’s books; EO Medical Guide – see for scoliosis; The Gift has over 100 recipes.

EO increase cell surface of eurothrocytes and oxygen uptake.

Stem cells with Frankincense injected into knees:
6 patients out of 10 were scheduled for knee replacements
2 car accidents – needed new spines
Regenerate cartledge: Frankincense = DNA repair for knees and spine.

3 capsules Frankincense = morphine; 1 cap will make you sleepy.

Sacred Frankincense gives a quicker healing response.

Ecuador oils now have FDA food grade approval.

Enzymes – Life or Death for cells – enzymes are a possible answer to autism, parkinsons, alzheimers, depression, rhemutoid arthritis, bipolar and allergies.

~ Proteins are produced by living organisms
~ Contain amino acids
~ Facilitate chemical reactions: 1) digestive; 2) food; 3) metabolize

Same variety of amino acids occur in all living things – make up enzymes.

Each enzyme has a specific blueprint and specific function.

Enzymes eliminate many toxins and chemical waste in the body.

Enzymes orchestrate other chemical functions including breakdown and deliver nutrients.

Enzymes need vitamins and minerals to create protein and hormones and engage in bodily functions.

Magnesium orchestrates over 300 enzymatic functions; good for cardiovascular system.

Take the right enzyme for the right food = right key for the right lock.

Enzymes: glandular function to hormone production and toxic waste disposal; facilitate digestion and assimulation.

Carrots are high in natural enzymes.

Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures over 120 degrees and in processed food, microwaved food and radiation.  Irradiated food kills enzymes which is what they do to produce so it won’t turn brown and oxidize in the store.

Essentialzyme for Cancer:
Enzymes have to go into lower stomach to work. Plant enzymes have wider range of actitivy.  No child is born with amylase – they get it from breastfeeding or raw goat milk.

Candida grown from undigested fiber; cellulase enzyme.

Enzymes go after sick, dead and dying tissue like cancer.  Cancer attacks the protein of shell;replicates every 24 hours.  Vitamin C doesn’t destroy the shell, doesn’t work.

Gary takes 7 Essentialzyme before breakfast.

Essential Oils carry genetic blueprint of protein, vitamins, minerals, enzymes.  DiGize carries blueprint of enzymes to stimulate body to produce enzymes – take it for upset stomach or rub it on.

Enzymes pass into the blood stream as amino acids and become building blocks of the body; clean out foreign materials like free radicals and potential allergens that create gluten intolerance and other allergies; reduce inflammation and removal of waste.

Enzymes make their way to the liver and pancreas and are used again.

Taking enzymes can facilitate healing and prevent celiac disease.

The Yeast Connection Book is not the answer just a bandaid.  Yeast doesn’t cause candida; gluten doesn’t cause celiac disease.  Yeast and gluten products are devoid of enzymes becuase of processing; toxic waste sucks oxygen out of the blood.

Drink water with every meal for efficient digestive action. 

FDA has approved enzyme therapy.

Enzymes clean clogged arteries, prvent stroke and heart attack; enhances circulation and immune system function.

You are Phenol sensitive if oils give you a rash.

Food additives inhibit human liver enzymes.

Margarine inhibits 50% of liver EE2 activity.

Digestion issues related to autism.

Candy flavoring is a source of salicylate poisoning.

If you can’t metabolize sulphur – people with Parkinson’s and other diseases can’t either.

Phenols = vegetables and fruit

Autistic kids have food allergies and sensitivities to phenol foods:
- deficient in key detoxification
- deficient in sulfur 15%
- sensitive to oils
- sensitive to chemicals
- phenols high in antioxidants

Cholesterol – needed to make hormones; natural fats have cholesteral: eat avocadoes…

Need protein to make hormones and enzymes.

Multigreens excellent for treating Leukemia.

How to take Enzymes:
- JuvaPower – Gary takes 4 TBS every morning
- 4 Essentialzyme first
- JuvaPower at night = alkaline
- If there is illness: JuvaPower at night and ICP in morning.

Proper digestion = good breath in the morning.

Take Comfortone for increase bowl function; Gary takes 12 Detoxzyme at night and 5 Life 5 before bed.
Testing Levels:
T3 thyroid = 3
T4 markers = 8
Armpit temp 97.6
Estrogen 75-100 for women
testosterone 30-60
men over 30 should have testosterone over 1000

To regulate Mary’s hormones, 2 caps SclarEssence and Progessence Plus.

Lipozyme – need 6/day on cleansing program – product coming back online.
Fibrozyme – need 1 or 2 with each meal if you have candida – product coming back online.

DiGize – 1 cap in morning or evening.

GLF (gallbaldder/liver flush) = “Go Live Forever” – 6 caps/day if you have gallstones -1st documented product effective for gallstones.

Juva Cleanse, Allerzyme and Detoxzyme all work well together.

Spinal Meningitis = sensitivity to light; joints ache, can’t flex.

There were lots of calls coming into Mary Young as Gary was talking from people who were giving her testimonials on various products for various issues.  Mary would write them down and give the paper to Gary and he would read it; he becomes very emotional reading these testimonials because he is receiving excellent feedback from people ~ keep sending in your testimonials!  One in particular was from a mom whose son was autistic.  They changed his diet, got him on enzymes and oils, and he was finally able to speak to her for the first time in years!

Thieves Digests Mold

I had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Ed Close and his wife Jacqui at the Gary Young conference this weekend about toxic mold.  I have old tile in my bathroom shower with very porous grout that I have scrubbed and scrubbed with Thieves Household Cleaner and still the mold returns.  They said to run the diffuser in the shower ~ gee why didn’t I think of that?!  So its running now and I’ll leave it on for 24 hours.

Gluten intolerance – people have enzyme and sulfur deficiency; most are not aware of it because there are no symptoms; attribute poor digestion to old age.

Grains contains enzymes but grain has to germinate and be stood (shocking) in the field so dew, sun and moisture exchange cause enzymes to germinate which will decompose grain in the stomach when eaten.  Now there are no grain shockings in fields and they use hybrid grains.
Hormones / Pituitary / Thyroid
Phtoestrogen – plants create estrogen in body.
Xenoestrogens cause cancer.

HGH at age 42-60 should be 250
T3 = 4
T4 = 8-9

Thyromin will rebuild throid; synthetics = false support, complications 

Estrogen for those over 40 should be 75-100+
Testosterone for those over 40 should be 30-40

Pituitary Deficient
Cortisol levels (wakes you up in the morning) – high = aging; low = fibromyalgia.
fasting test: 6am = 20

Getting tested, ask for: Endocrine panel, metabolic panel, complete hormone panel including cortisol, HDL and LDL.

Take Sulfurzyme for bone density.

1 cup of coffee sustains high cortisol levels for 24 hours; sugar and chocolate even more!

Hormones can function when cortisol is in check.

Ultra Young supports pituitary; new Ultra Young Plus is coming.

Thyromin – take in the morning to support adrenals. EndoFlex is the vegetarian version.
If low T3 (2 or below) take 4 at bed for 1 week prior to taking Life 5 and onitor temp.

Testosterone for men 21-78 – guys under 30 lower than 70+; men should be at 700; age 31 should be at 1,000+.  Women 40-60.  Endogize to increase testerone and balance hormones for men and women; 1/day, 5 days/week.
