The Winter Solstice of 2012 is now upon us, a time for reflection but also for transformation. Many thoughts have been written and discussed about this period of time in our Mother Earth’s and Humanity’s existence ranging from a fear-based event to one that transforms consciousness in every person.
I have been reading many astrology points of view related to the “ending” of the Mayan calendar on December 21, 2012 and the subsequent beginning of a new energy. This 5,125-year [sub]‐cycle we are about to “end” began on Aug. 11, 3114 BCE, and is known as the Birth of Venus (According to Carol Burkhart, a student of Dreamspell and Mayan astrology). Venus is all about love and relationships, the ruler of Libra. Granted, there are some very interesting alignments occurring, however, we have the ability to shift and choose the higher road in each and every moment… are we?
One of the web sites I refer to often is Nick Anthony Fiorenza’s, The Lunar Planner, in which he gives very detailed information about the various body’s/bodies of light in our heavens, in our universe, in our world which is also reflected within each of us. I am posting some information which I find fascinating:
… Our Quaoar New Moon impels us to stand empowered in the initiatory forces of life, to allow a transmutation that becomes possible by unconditionally embracing / feeling all emotion (e-motion is the crystallized resistance to the motion of experience). This is to surrender the cellular patterns that hold us at a lesser vibrational resonance and is that which transmutes our external experiences into true inner power. This allows us to demonstrably live from experiential-gained wisdom and to participate at a more refined or higher-order resonance, and to subsequently step forth into a higher office awaiting us. This transmutational process is governed by the limbic part of the brain, the non-thinking part of the brain that governs primal instinct, feeling, and emotion. The key here is not to analyze our emotions, which results in judgment and blame, but to feel all emotion with total unconditional acceptance—with a wide open heart.
Our New Moon also invites us to return to the sacredness of life, to live in attunement to the purity of nature, to return to a primitive or prime energetic. Primitive does not mean less developed, as is its modern connotation, but means being closest to source, attuned to a pure unadulterated level of awareness. It invites us to embody our souls’ light and to radiate this light moment-by-moment—through our hearts, through every cell of our bodies and into the world. The more we radiate this light the more of it we receive to radiate and the more we illuminate.
This sounds like a beautiful opportunity to be conscious and aware of our focus, our energy, our words, our thoughts, our actions and our connection to and with all life!
Read this again: “This transmutational process is governed by limbic part of the brain, the non-thinking part of the brain that governs primal instinct, feeling, and emotion.” Do you realize that we hold within our hands, the most beautiful gift from God/Universe/Source to transform the buried programs in our limbic system? Young Living Essential Oils have this ability because of their purity and high frequency and vibration ~ this is where the oils play a key role in transforming our world collectively and individually ~ what a gift and a blessing!
And with the new year of 2013 arriving, the major theme is relationship, with Self and others (what we do to others, we do to self since we are all One):
The Sun’s conjunction with Juno on the Gate of God is extremely significant. It brings emphasis to partnerships and relationships of all types, and to mutual cooperation and communication in relationships throughout our new year.
Juno, goddess of love, is the asteroid of covenant relationships, soul colleagues, and true lovers. In the astrological chart, Juno indicates the nature of the issues and opportunities in significant relations of all sorts: those that are of a personal nature to those of political leaders and nations of the world. Mature Juno is diplomatic, tactful, cooperative, and mutually trusting. Mature Juno expresses with a sense of equality within self that provides the ability to draw true partners and those of equality into one’s life. There is an acceptance of another’s truth or opinion without need to challenge or debate. There is an ability to honor and support others in their own choices and decisions. Mature Juno expresses in mutual support and unconditional love to allow each other to grow and change through whatever issues surface.
Juno’s placement in the astrological chart is one of several points that determine the types of significant relations drawn into our lives. Juno specifically is involved with drawing our true soul-mates or twin-hearts—those truly compatible. Because Juno is where we deal with our inferiority / superiority complexes, and if this issue is prominent, partnerships drawn in earlier life can be full of lessons regarding such issues and not much else. Once a certain level of clarity is attained within self regarding the asteroid issues, true soul level covenant relations begin to show up. This does not mean we still do not grow regarding Juno issues, but there are those individuals with which we may also have a mutual soul bond and mission to pursue together.
Potential Juno issues can manifest as superiority / inferiority complexes or other inequality issues.
Juno’s path has been helping us to transform relationships moving from karma to dharma, helping us claim our Self-mastery and Self-empowerment for all. And now Juno meets the Sun at the 2012 Winter Solstice. Have you met your sun within?
